From what I have read it is the AA-12.

At first I thought it was just the satellite blowing up but you are right, it was an explosion. It was from the individual M320 grenade launcher.

That gun works as such:

Pick target -> fire -> explosion occurs 1m past target, wiping out anything under it.

Saw bowling talking about it.

People say they hope it won't be in multiplayer. I don't see a problem with it, it prolly won't be that accurate, and they said they are "nerfing the tubes", so it prolly won't be super powerful :D
