Resolution?

I tried the demo but there's no option to change the resolution?

There is a topic in this forum already called "Changing screen resolution" that discusses this. It is usually a good idea to look and see if the problem you are having is already being discussed before creating a new topic on it.


If you can't switch to fullscreen (which does not seem to work with some configurations), do this:

Open the folder programs/Steam/SteamApps/Common/ancients of ooga/data

Open the file gameInstanceSetup.ini with the editor (double click)

change the resolution to match your screen like this:

[Resolution]
resolutionX=1920
resolutionY=1200

Save the file. Works and looks fantastic on my machine.


Also in that file you can change the "fullscreen=0" to "fullscreen=1" in order to run in full screen.
