Game won't Start Up, shows message in Chinese?

Whenever I try to start the game, it does the Steam "Game is starting..." thing, then a few seconds later a window pops up with a single line of text in Chinese. I reinstalled the game and verified the cache and I have no idea what to do. I tried using an online translator on the Chinese to see if it was an error message, but the only thing that translated with apparent meaning was "generous support". :confused:

I was having trouble playing the game with the steam install (kept freezing and crashing), but never had any trouble with the install that I got off the champions offical website.

Maybe try DLing that version. - Let it install wherever it wants to. - Mine put it in a wierd directory, but I havent had any trouble with it in all the time I have played it.

Please double check something:

From your Steam Interface in the Menu Bar...
Click Steam
Click Settings
Click Downloads + Cloud Tab
Check your Download Region
Set it appropriately if it is not already done so

Not sure if it will hurt, but thought I would toss it out there just in case. If anything it will at least give you one less variable to worry about.
