View Full Version : Is IJJI going to ignore these obvious issues?

Tons of people have been having trouble with various problems. And there has yet to be any legitimate fixes. The "Lost Connection to Server" problem is hitting numerous people and hasn't been fixed and has been barely covered. Along with many other start-up problems. Can we get an update on some of this stuff please?

And I am the owner of 247 steam games if that means anything to any game dev.

Posted a thread just like this and it just gathered dust. Kinda disheartening considering there are so many interested gamers and potential customers that could be won over with a quick fix, or hell, even just word from the devs on the progress of fixes. I understand that fixes can take a while, but just an update would be cool. From what I've seen in various threads, the devs are still trying to gather information from users, which says to me that they still don't know what's up. That's just what's striking me from the GM posts, both here on SPUF and the Ijji forums.

(For the record, I've already tried port forwarding, both with firewall and router, as well as adding exceptions. MSE also doesn't have any application control, so antivirus isn't an issue)

From what I have seen it looks like uploading that information is BS. I think they are asking people to do it just to keep them busy and make people believe there is progress. I have not seen one reply to anyone after they uploaded that information.

For your info ijji is just the host, they have no right to make updates or patches for the game. Redduck is the publisher and they give ijji what to update and when, I am pretty sure ijji already informed them of these problems. The thing is that these problems are not there in the korean version (hosted by Redduck) which is the original AVA which is why Redduck isn't fully aware of the extent of the problem.

Yes. It's ijji. They won't do sh*t to answer your questions. Sorry guys, but you Steam players are better off playing some other game. One that the GMs actually care about.

This. ijji didn't care when us "ijji players" complained and pointed out these issues, so I doubt steam players will get any attention. Sad, but true.
Great game, awful GMs/client support.

Lol I haven't played a single game in the past 5 years where developers listened to their customers. It's not unique to just ijji.

The hope is that with a giant influx of new players, they struggle to make the best first impression possible. This not only pleases the new players and turns them into potential customers, but also spreads good word around. So far, the exact opposite has happened

Unfortunately, we are still in the process of investigating these issues. I'll make an announcement as soon as we have a solid fix for the issues you guys have been experiencing. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the time it is taking to get these issues resolved but please bear with us.

Why didn't you post this in the ijji forums? Do you have any ideas how many "mature" threads we have made, trying to get YOUR attention? I'll post them again here. However, I highly doubt you will reply, because, once again, you guys don't seem to care.

Made a post a week and a half ago...still no concrete answer on the current server issues.

It is practically April all over again. Disappoint.

Why didn't you post this in the ijji forums? Do you have any ideas how many "mature" threads we have made, trying to get YOUR attention? I'll post them again here. However, I highly doubt you will reply, because, once again, you guys don't seem to care.

this is how it starts you get a copy pasted response followed by nothing for months, many months later you post the same issue again same response and nothing happens, 1 year later you post the issue again this time raging, now they just completely ignore you and or tell you the issue isn't real......

It seems like they don't care much about fixing bugs.

All they care about are content updates to keep rolling in the money. Have a look at their forums. I can't find one update that contains a nice set of patch notes in an update.
