Bioshok 2: when pressing and hold R to put little sister on body ,it doesn't work ?

everytime i press and hold R to put the little sister on the first body of the game it doesn't do anything at all
is this's a bug or what to do now i'm stuck in the game please help ?

i think you have to press B for the little sister to start harvesting the Adam, holding R just point towards the body.

at the beginning i tried pressing on B alone but it didn't work , but it only works when i pressed on C to crouch first, so now the game is working .
