Hi everyone,

First, I want to say this is serious thread. It means I'm not trolling here.

My team all 24+ years old players, and we all have minumum 10+years Fps-gaming experience.
We decided to transfer to Red Orchestra 2 as team.
And waited the game for long time.

But I'm studying at electronics engineering departmant.
And we decided to stop playing games after summer holiday. You know University hard.

I want to say it's not about the full non-buggy game.
And I do not believe in last 2 months there will be fixing a lot of bugs; maybe a few bugs,
those ones could be fixed via an update after release.

It's about timing!

If you Release the game after all summer holiday, you will lose a lot of players.

And think; I'm an adult person, there is tons of young students who has time for playing only at summer holiday.

I have money, tons of experience and waited for looong time.
But I wont buy this game, neither will my friends. And who I asked think buying the game before.

This effects on General Sales too of course.
If you dont get ready the game as playable in holiday, then you must compete the other 2 "Big Name" in Autumn. This means huge drop on sales.
People are looking a Good Game to play at this free times.
I think missing the All Summer Holiday is a Huge publisher fault.

Nevermind,have fun everyone.

Ummmm so you're disappointed because the release is at the end of your summer holidays, and therefore will no longer have time to play the game? That really breaks my heart:rolleyes: There are a lot of gamers that go to school, work full time, have families etc. and still find time to play. Perhaps you need to work on your time management skills...

Oh noes, 4 people won't be buying RO2 because they can't manage their time. Tripwire is now officially bankrupt.

I'm also a third year mechanical engineering student but i'm sure i can squeeze some ro2 quality time in there.

yeah, I just graduated in ee and have a full time job. I'm sure I can squeeze some time, just not as much.

What will kill sells is that everybody that doesn't know of RO2 or hasn't played the first one, will not buy it because they will be busy with BF3 or MW3 or some other bull♥♥♥♥ like that.

He is somewhat right, as I am in the same boat as him.

Im studing comp sci at university and will likely be working part time so I wont have muchtime for games. In factevery year at the end of summer I reformat myy pc so I wont be distracted.

Unfortunatly it seems as thogh ill buy ro2 around my short winter break if not, next summer. Which is a little weird as there have been no good fps this summer, so Ro2 would have been very wwelcom 2 months ago.

Oh well. I am really excited for thiis game. Probably will not be getting BF3 so this will be the game I look forward to._
