looking for mods like esf and nnk

first posted this in half life section..but nobody looks in there so..

hey guys
I am deciding to buy this game,not for the single player,but for the mods.
I watched some videos about Half life 1 mods and found these 2 awesome mods.Earths special forces and Naruto naiteki Gensai.
Are their any other good mods similar to these.which other good mods are there?
Are their any mods like this for half life 2(cause I already own it)or sourcemods?
still tying to decide wheter to buy or not.And yes..ill wait for the summer sale

Actually, the HL1 forum is usually more active than this one... I would guess the right people just haven't managed to look yet. (I can't help because I've only played one HL1 mod.)
