Can I get the kingdoms expasion.

I have a retail version of MTW:II and I would love to be able to get the Kingdoms expansion but I have noticed that on the steam page it says I have to have the steam version of MTW:II for the expansion to work, I just want to double check with people on here that this means the expansion will not work with my retail copy?

I don't think this is possible, unfortunately.

I checked out a thread on a Borderlands forum (http://forums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=89881) which discussed retail games with Steam DLC. Apparently it's not possible. Although they're different games (Borderlands & ME2), I assume it's an issue/incompatibility with Steam rather than the developer deciding not to allow that feature.

You should keep an eye out for ME2: TW during the Steam Summer Sale though. I have a retail copy of ME2, but during the last major sale I picked up a Steam version. It was only a couple of bucks.


Me too. Specifically: does the Steam DLC work with the retail disc? In that case I could use PayPal to purchase it, and everybody would be happy!
