Wasted money

I played FFXI back years ago

And decided to play again

Well I bought the game for 20$ thinkin oh man this is gonna be awesome

Well, after a 5 hour download of the game, Playonline viewer, WOULD NOT UPDATE, kept getting errors, so i downloaded Pol from the ffxi website

Well, that worked got everything set up

fell asleep with an 11 hour update for the game

wake up, and its ready im all psyched, i play for all of 30 minutes

Decide to change settings, open up steam, open up config, change something

BAM!

Pol is all MESSED UP

Says Installation somethin cant find something
Check my account crap to see if im not "Restricted" from opening it

What the hell is all this crap?

Why sell the game steam, if its just gonna Break? Thats ridiculous

And you guys have a stupid support system

I never get any responses

well at lest it worked once for u mine ask me to register then asks for a playonline code to register and steam did not give me one and the customer support said contact squarenix and they said since it was bought on steam its steams responsibility to provide one then steam says no contact them again.
