Anyone Else Getting This Glitch? (Hard 7)

Alright. So with assistance from the guides provided by some of the kind posters in this forum, I have unlocked 9/10 of the sunlight things.

Unfortunately, while Hard 7 is a simple solve, I find myself unable to climb the ladder. (Every time I try, it shows me an arrow pointing down. Not up.) I restarted the game, verified the game caché, defragmented and everything.

I'm still getting the glitch and so cannot unlock my last sunlight.

Is anyone else getting this glitch?

You actually can't climb it like that, you have to place a ledge under it.
