Downloadable TF2 Soundtrack?

Does anyone know where I can find a legally downloadable version of the TF2 Soundtrack?
Playing the game with the official music in the background is actually really really fun.
If it isn't available anyone know why?

its in your tf2 folder

steam>steamapps>(your account name)>Teamfortress2>tf>sound>ui

For anyone who hasn't tried it, load up the sound track and have a go fits the game really well. (duh)

Speaking of soundtracks- is it possible to change the music that plays on startup? I've tried replacing the music files, but it gets overwritten by the default tracks when I open the game.

Replace the file and under "Properties'' tick ''Read only''.

I believe that you have to extract it from the GCF. How to do that, I have no idea.
