How to get the Hot Shades achievement

This is a very easy achievement. I got it on the second try. I thought you simply need to fly the planes over the umbrellas once but I discovered they close after a few seconds. Need a few more planes to keep them open at the same time.

This map is the one you need to get the achievement.

Best way is to grab the yellow and blue planes and have each one fly over each group of umbrellas. Simply draw a flight line a few tiems over a group of umbrellas. Just watch out for "extra" planes and choppers.

End result. Yeah I know 2 points for landing 2 choppers lol.

Is there a savegame that allows you to instantly use the stunt map? I don't know if landing 250 planes is going to take long :/

Divyak, if you just play the first few maps you will get 250 easy. I have well over 250 and I've spent less than an hour playing the game sum total.

Steam says I played it for 23 minutes. Halfway to 250 planes :) .
But it's bugged anyway, so you can get it way before 250 planes.

This achievement popped for me on a different map that I was playing leading up to the stunt map.

I don't know what I did but I got it on the 2nd map just by playing lol.

Twas quite easy, just read the goal description and hopped in there and realized what to do one the umbrellas started opening back up. Draw long lines and you'll be fine. I quit right after getting the achievement and there was my ticket.

Ditto. I did the first map a few times, and when it said I unlocked new maps, I decided to try one of them (the other one star map) and part way through the achievement just popped up.

No complaints here.

Guys don't go to his map. So after the first map to try and find out what to do and seen how easy it is so I went to the 3rd or 2nd map to unlock the map he has shown but SOMEHOW I got the achievement with 1 plane landed and a score of 2. If I can do it without knowing what I did than anyone can without getting 250 to unlock that map, good day!

I achieved this by drinking beers until the screen is a tad blurry

Thanks, OP. Only had 19 landings to go (13 after my poor attempt at an, er, 2-star map *sheepish*), but got it on the second try (game bogged down with hardly any stutter 'round the second time the alarm went off on my first try).

The achievement is massively bugged. I'll try for other levels.
