A couple years ago I found a spreadsheet that had a lot of information for Oblivion. One of those was all of the caves and other dungeons. Then another one had a list of ingredients and where to best find them. Then the other one had armor and where to best find it.

I wish I could explain it better. :/

Yeah I can't find it there. It was a spreadsheet that i could have open while playing on my 360. Ah well :(
