Hey everyone,

I have found a lot of excellent sources on the net for tips and tricks on playing X-COM Apocalypse.
I would like to contribute to this effort by adding a log of my game.

I played in Hard, and I managed to finish the game without ever re-loading. I did experience an amount of crashes which did force me to reply some missions (I was saving always before and after missions).

I am not a veteran player, so don't regard this as a source of wisdom, is more about getting some hard and cold numbers which can give you an idea about when in the game you will have researched this, when could be a good time to build that 2nd base etc.

I also include some random tips you might find useful. Check the summary table in the end of this post

Hard Game

General Tips

Weekly plan
o Stormdog chop shop

Agents Setup
o Rename to HG, SNP, MG, STN, PSI, FL1, FL2 etc...

Vehicles setup
-> laser weapons with no ammo reqs
-> upgrade to Lineage Plasma

-> Hovercars Bolter 4K, Janitor Missile, SD turbo
-> Hoverbikes Bolter 4K, SD sports (take from hovercars ;-)
