If it wasn't such an EYESTRAIN. It takes away a lot of the enjoyment for me, and it would be an easy fix to implement being able to adjust your camera with the select button or something. Any plans to implement something like that in a patch?

Slightly off topic, but it would be AWESOME to play this in first person. Even if it looked like crap and made it ridiculously hard to play, it would be a cool feature.

Yup. I mean, even if it were SLIGHTLY closer I think it would help out.

I think the eyestrain is due to the fact that the camera has a fixed position behind the car and turns whenever the car turn, even for the slightest angle.
It would be much better if there was some deadzone, with the camera only moving after turning a certain angle and then also lagging behind a bit and not being fixed.

Have you tried different camera settings? You can change it in the pause menu.

I think that's probably the problem I'm having. If I look at the car or I'm stopped, that eyestrain thing isn't a problem. But anywhere else and BAM. Instant strain. I don't think the camera options will help either since the only other options were static and free. I'll try them but I'm doubting their effects...

EDIT: Just tried the different modes. Static and smart are the EXACT same thing. I thought I would absolutely hate free mode, but it's better than I expected. Hell, it's actually kind of cool. But I still would rather play without messing with the camera. Also, I still think the camera needs to be slightly closer to the car.

So... any chance of a patch? :):):)
That's pretty much the only thing making this just a decent game instead of the awesome game I know it can be. It would be easy to take bonz's suggestion and making that the smart camera.(Actually, I don't know if it would be easy or not. I don't know a thing about game development. Not. A. Damn. Thing. Sorry for assuming that.) Also, I think it MIGHT help if the camera accelerated into place instead of full on movement once it got past the deadzone.

Sorry but camera's angle and distance will not be changed.
Game is designed to work correctly only with exactly these values.
