Hey... so, I'm working on the final mission here ("Infiltrate Alpha Protocol") and I'm curious about one thing.
I went to save Mina and had no trouble finding her, but after I got to her she wouldn't follow me out. She just stood in place with her gun drawn like an idiot. I just chalked it up to another of the game's countless annoying bugs and kept playing, hoping she would magically spawn next to me like you see happening in certain other games with pathfinding issues, or that she was just supposed to find her own way out, but I'm getting a little nervous that I'm not going to get credit for saving her. The "Rescue Mina" objective is still on my map, and I'd hate to get some kind of crappy ending due to a bug-- I'd honestly rather just restart the mission, even though I really don't want to have to do that.
All I want to know is this, basically: is Mina supposed to follow you all the way out, and does that objective disappear when you bring her to a certain point? Also, do you need to babysit her the whole way out? I've made it up to that horrible helicopter and stopped there for now. I'm not really fishing for spoilers, but I would like to minimize frustration as much as possible at this point... I've enjoyed the game quite a bit so far in spite of the (many) rough edges, bugs, and so forth, but this whole final mission is really testing my patience. Like, a lot. :(
