Wierd message when stating game

Hello

I recently bought the game Dwarfs!? from steam and the game didn't work. I searched this forum for a solution and i found one. The problem got fixed but a new and more wierd one occured. When i press play steam says: Preparing to launch Dwarfs!? and after 2 or 3 seconds and text boc pops up saying:
"Rawr!
You have failed to pay homeage to the kitten overlords! Shame one you! Who tries a hack like this anyway when there's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?"

very wierd indeed...:confused:
F.Y.I. I did NOT download this game illegal, I bought it on steam and i'll gladly link my receipt if you don't believe me.
I have no idea what to do and I coulnd't find a thread on this forum with a solution. I hope someone knows what to do.

Create a file called kittensrule.txt in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dwarfs

This should solve the problem.
