Anyone play n laptop?

It is stated there:

What does it mean? Anyone play with laptop?

That just means that TLR is not going to run off of anything with an integrated graphics card (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphics_processing_unit#Integrated_graphics_solut ions). If you've got a gaming-quality laptop (which has an actual graphics card), then you can run it there with no problem.
