Can you be more forthcoming with your system stats? We will look into this ASAP

The reason this is happening is because the game has auto detected his computer's settings but not his monitor's so the screen resolution is way too high for his monitor to cope. Adding some way to edit settings easily outside of game would fix this no problem or have it detect the monitor as well. I posted a similar thread to this with the same problem but have had no replys so I thought I'd comment hear to. Game developers always overlook this, it's quite frustrating at times.

Yeah, it's either that or the refresh rate is too high for his monitor, I've encountered that in some games and if there's no way to edit it you're forced to look for graphic driver overrider solutions.
