Fatal DirectX Error 4

I just downloaded JC2 and when starting it it gives me a "Fatal DirectX Error" "ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND".

I have a Radeon 6970 (DX11), Windows 7 64 Bit, drivers are updated, DirectX as well.
