How do you play this

I had an accident yesterday and broke my arm in a few places:rolleyes:, I feel bored and would like to play a game. Trouble is I can only use my good arm. So my question: is this playable with one arm/hand?

- if it uses the keyboard, could I set keybindings so I can control it with one hand?
- If it is played by mouse only then I think there is no problem.

Problem is if you need mouse and keyboard simultaneously.
