Thread title - not appropriate. Do not bypass word filters.

Also, you're not allowed to buy another person's account. But a minimum, at least change the email address to your email address. The problem in this case stems from the account having an outdated email address.

Valve doesn't care how much you spent. Buying accounts is not allowed.
