How do I change my flag country in Live?

I have some games that use Windows Live Games like Super Street Fighter 4, and all of them shows the correct flag from my country, that is Portugal, but in this game it shows a British flag!!:o How do I change it?:confused:

You can change your region in windows and this will change it for the GFWL profile, I think you choose in game on world tour your homeland
