Blurry text on cogs

As you can see here (http://steamcommunity.com/id/redacted_name/screenshot/595818264951480512) all of the text in the game is blurry (worse on the options menu), but the rest of the game plays and renders just fine. Anyone know what causes this? What the fix is?

Check your video card settings. Looks like you forced small texture size.
