Ok this is REALLY annoying. I have spent the past several hours messing with this thing, I finally get it to the point where I'm messing around with it since I followed the step by step instructions on how to install it properly. I tweak all my options in the folder outside the game for higher resolution, distance, shading ect ect, and I hop into the game since the installation walk through said I completed it. I get a pop up that says one or more of the plugins/mods couldn't be found or something along those lines. So I clicked the option "yes to all" which I assume means to run them all anyways. The games menu seems to work fine enough, although the mouse picture is a black box. I click new game, and I cant see a thing. I see the subtitles of the character talking to me on the boat, and I can name my character, but I don't see anything. What can I do?

I've got a black screen too. No idea what's going wrong.

Yea I got past the black screen, and now I am actually able to play the game. But my problem now is the mods appear to not be working. The game looks like it did without any mods. I have no idea what to do. I even went so far as to uninstall everything, including morrowind, and start from scratch. I keep getting this message "plugins can't find the master file" and I click yes to all, and keep finding interesting new problems lol Anyone have any idea? I did change the dates on the create date of the files.

I went into my Warnings folder, and THIS is what is listed as being the problem. Anyone got any possible fixes?
"One of the files that "TLM - Ambient Light + Fog Update.esp" is dependent on has changed since the last save.
This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message
but not necessarily fix any errors.

One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information."

lol I think I'm just typing away to myself here, but I now downloaded Wrye Mash and I selected the mods which were yellow and corrected THAT problem, so I am no longer getting a pop up when I start my game saying the plugins are having problems. My problem still is that the mods don't appear to be actually working, like the graphics don't look different. As if they are not working. In fact the water actually looks worse for some reason. Any suggestions?
