Secret of the Norns simply doesn't show up

Hello.
I read that the DLC content should be available right from the start of Ep1, but I don't see anything, and didn't find anything in the next few maps either...
I stopped playing the game because of it, and didn't get any help in the original thread. Any advice?

The first part of the new content starts on the first screen on ep 1. Check to see if you have the DLC, if you do start a new game or load a save before ep 1 ( so during the prologe ) and play until you get to the start of ep 1. I seem to recall them saying you need to restart the episode to get it to work.

There should be a new npc (Erja the volva is the name I think) Talk to her and you have started the new stuff. During one of the battles in ep 1 there will be a slightly different option compared to the normal play through.

Where are the other parts of the DLC located? I cleared the first one early in EP1 and have yet to find the others (I don't have anything beyond EP1, yet).

Also, Erja doesn't load sometimes.

I know there's something close to the end in EP3, and there will probably be something else after that.
