Buying bug

I can't buy the sentry or the Scrabouillor (drone) even though I have sufficient skills and money. I have 40 Str, 37 Agi, and 72 Hac but the vendor is pointing out that my skills aren't high enough. Specifically the agility.
Wtf?

It's odd because I was able to buy and use the heavy sub machine gun, but the vendor isn't allowing me to buy the sentry or Scrabouillor.

Can't really tell now, my character is level 1 and I lost all my stuff due to worse bug.

This bug still seems to be in effect. Frustrating that I'd work on those stats and not be able to get it.

I haven’t been able to duplicate this issue since the patch. Are you sure your game has been updated? Could you have a look on the v.txt file in the steam/steamapps/common/eye folder to be sure you are on version 1.37?

Yes, I can verify the proper version (http://i.imgur.com/MR0GX.png). It still gives me an error (http://i.imgur.com/KWKMR.png) even though I clearly have the required statistics (http://i.imgur.com/Rf8Iy.png) and currency (http://i.imgur.com/iDbWm.png).

This has been tested both online and offline. Is there perhaps some hidden level or research requirement?

Okay, we have fixed the issue with the scrabouillor, but it looks like there’s a similar problem with the sentry. Thanks for the report.
