Hello!

I have EU3 Complete which I bought a while back and I recently purchased DW (both on steam)... Thing is, DW does not appear as a new game to download, and when I run EU3 it still just gives me the old In Nomine Splash screen... I know I'm missing something, little help please?

Both HTTT and DW are treated by Steam as DLC, not separate games. As such they do not have their own library listings and they download automatically if you have purchased them.

Also, DW needs HTTT to work. So if you don't have that, it would explain why you are having your current issue.

EU3 Complete already includes HTTT.
The DW and other DLC's arn't independent games but add-on's that improve the main game with new features.
You can verify which DLC's you have for EU3 by right clicking in your Steam library on the Europa Universalis III entry. Click on the last item in the list, "Properties" and then on the tab DLC. Is should list Divine Wind.
But you already mention it shows you the Nomine screen so I recommend to do a "Verify Integrity of Game Cache"

No it doesn't.

EU3 Complete = EU3 + NA + IN
EU3 Chronicles = EU3 + NA + IN + HTTT + DW

Xerxes8933A is right; you need EU3 Complete (or equivalent) PLUS HTTT to run DW. The steam store even says so. (http://store.steampowered.com/app/25808/?snr=1_4_4__13)

Oh you are right. When I bought EU3 Complete on a Steam sale they gave HTTT free on top of it. Well it was more like you buy HTTT and get EU3 Complete for free. This made me think it was one package like Chronicles instead a bundle.
