Will this game have lean?

Now does it allow you to keep leaning while moving or does it do that stupid reset your head position thing? Also is there an option for toggle lean?

Not only lean, but it also has a stick cover system for chest-high walls. Not sure if it uses a cover system for room entry cover, or if lean is just used for that.

There is also blind fire and blind grenade throw from cover, it's going to be interesting.

Yeah the cover system is basically like Rainbow Six Vegas 2 but without the magic TP camera so you can only see a realistic amount past your cover and to see more you need peak out and expose yourself to fire. And like R6V2 you can also peak out at different levels just by moving your mouse. So if you're peaking out of a second story window and someone runs to the base of the building you can move your mouse down to lean out of the window and shoot them from above.

Game also has penetration and limited environmental destruction.
