Steel Storm.exe is detected as a "identity threat"

Why is this happening? I know it can't be a virus so what is my AVG doing wrong?

We've had this happen with certain Antivirus, known issue - contact that Antivirus maker and let them know.

♥♥♥♥ me though because I moved it to the vault at the time and well... Steam won't restore the ♥♥♥♥ing file and I can't find said "vault".

Look in AVG, there should be a way to restore from inside the AVG app. Otherwise, you'll need to contact them as that's their bug.
