Save Game Data Location?

Does anyone know where the save game files are stored?

So this is the one and only save location then?

I'm only asking because it seem that most games only use the userdata subfolder for the steam cloud synchronization and often only have copies of the save data there, which aren't always up to date when you have steam cloud disabled (like me).

E.g. The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom has a save file in the folder 40930 in the userdata subfolder, but the primary save location is elsewhere (under "...My Documents\2K Play\...") Only the save file in the primary location gets updated when the game saves.
