Hi,
I wonder if someone could tell me how to obtain a refund via Steam.
This game was not fit for purpose on release and several days later is still buggy following the patch.
Whilst some people may be happy to wait days/weeks for a 'possible' fix I am of the opinion that I have given the developer 1 opportunity to fix the issues and he has failed.
Whilst it may be 'folklore' that every game is released buggy this is totally untrue. It is some years now since I have bought a game so bugged that it is un-playable.
This is a prime example of greedy developers not testing thoroughly and greedy distributors (Steam) not ensuring that products they sell are fit to be released.
It is high time we all dropped the 'well they are trying thier best' attitude and demand that this practice stops in order to force these people to release stable products.
I am hoping that someone from Steam will direct me to somewhere I can obtin a refund, without fuss and in accordance with distance selling regulations.
