I don't see Arabic on the translations page, I'm willing to help out with that but, who do I contact for that?

You will have to convince Valve to make Arabic an official Steam language. Find people who support your idea and who would offer their help, for more information, please take a look at this thread (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1244344) ("Petitioning languages" section in particular).

well you should contact to the admin of this forum then request them to add arabic translation pack in this forum .
