I am wanting to pre-order rage, when it goes to the shopping cart it has the picture of rage but it says Valve TestSub9029 instead of rage, what is the deal..?

Not yet but it will fall under the MA15+ classification for now. The as soon as R18+ classification comes here which it is now finally happening after soo many years this game will be relisted as R18+.
