Seriously? Can anyone help? What is wrong with this game?

I reinstalled it about 3 times now and when I press "NEW GAME" it starts firing up those error that this .wav isnt there and this .tga isnt there and asking me if I want it to continue running. What the hell is going on ?

OS: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Proc: E8200 3.56Ghz
GFX: GTX 460
RAM: 4GB DDR2

I researched a little and I guess the game is kind of not looking for the files in the right place, the files are exactly there but it seems to not be finding them , resulting into errors after errors.. (Cannot find file.. do you want to continue the executable" pressing yes crashes the game and I cant play. Did a reinstall 5 times until now.

Can anybody really help ?
