As half a dozen other threads have said in this forum, no one knows for certain yet. That hasn't been announced yet, unfortunately.

So it's a no then. Usually when games support Steam it's announce ahead of time.

Take a look at the steam website, skyrim is already up for
preorder, at least if you're not living in the UK, so yes Steam is supported.
