Controls not working

I've tried playing with keyboard and controller but in both situations the direction keys/pad are stuck registering either a right or down button press. I uninstalled, reinstalled and the problem doesn't go away. I can't play any games because I can't move backwards or up. Anyone had the same problems? Any fixes?

Yeah, I was gifted Virtua Fighter 2 and I can't even play it because it's constantly holding down. Regardless of what controller/keyboard setup I use. So I can't even play. good job.

Getting this exact problem with Sonic CD, absolutely nothing I can do to fix it. Game is unplayable. Wasted my money. :(

To make shure...why dont you guys unplug anythang such as flash drives and whatnot from your usb ports...as it truly sounds like you got sumthang in 1 of those causing issues...

Whether it is or isnt a gamepad...remove it...as you said yourselves its an input issue and the only time there is usually an input issue is bout 90% of the time when you have sumthang useless plugged into an usb port...
