This must be a price error, checking my usual store the game is on pre-order for 49,99€ and the Console versions at 59,99€ as expected, so I believe personally that Steam has just miss priced and they will fix it soon.
if not and they go by the console price for the PC version, I'll just pre-order it from the store instead and pay a more decent price.
