I would laugh but I know Activision are serious.

And I am serious about not buying the game.

What do you mean? I see 59.99? Not worth $60 for a map pack imo.

They've decided, that in Australia, the game should cost $100 USD.

I will not purchase it from steam at this price, I'll find other means to get a legit copy.

With BF3 selling like hotcakes, this is a seriously dumb move for Acti.

It's like they WANT people to buy BF3 instead.

Holy ♥♥♥♥. Australia's dollar can't be that far behind USD, if it is at all! I'd actually be surprised if the USD was beating Australia's dollar.

I don't see $100.00 either. I see $59.99. Still not worth it, imo.

They're fairly close at the moment, but as the prices in steam are in USD for us, it doesn't matter what the difference is, if it's $60 USD, then they get 60 USD (Regardless of AUD cost)

I don't see $100.00 either. I see $59.99. Still not worth it, imo.

You live in a region that they havn't changed the price in.

You're laughing? Here is 59,99 EUROS! In UK it could be 59.99 , now that will be a laugh! :D

Also: not buying the game, i'm still feeling riped off from Black Ops (and i never bought a map pack).

i dont understand this at all, in NZ its $59.99 and everywhere else it comes up as the USD price of $59.99 accept Australia for STEAM, someone should really contact STEAM and get an explanation.

I skipped all Treyarche call of duty games, im so glad i did lol. I HATED CALL OF DUTY 3 with a vengence. But all infinity Ward call of duty's have been fun for a bit never played call of duty 2 online, thought it was a yawn fest , call of duty 1 was pretty awesome though online, CAll of duty 4 was ok for a month then it got very VERy boring. surprisingly i thought, call of duty Modern warfare 2 was the best of all of them and really improved teh series and i spent 400 hours on it, i thought it was that good. If it had dedicated servers i'd still be playing it.

Modern warfare 2 is easily in my top 3 best mp fps games of all time. Maps were bigger, less people on the servers, less nades and it genuinely felt improved, if only it had friggin dedicated servers.

I skipped BLACK OPS...so glad i did.

Guys the real enemy here is Activision. Valve are not responsible for the prices.

40 in the UK, when most other games are 28-30 and maybe 40 for the special collectors editions.

MW game prices are total utter complete bull$hit, and f ucking insulting. Specially for players who only want it for the SP campaign.

I'll be playing a slightly cheaper version on my mates PC and buying the game when its 15 TYVM.

60 euros is $82.5 AUD.

It actually costs us about $50 to import the game from the UK.
