Is there a console command to change scoping to require the RMB to be held down, instead of toggle? Searched but couldn't find anything about this.

Yep there is, I made a proposal for that to the maker of this mod:

Check the posts lower, I explain it, but not the exact detail to adapt the mod, I let Kyodan adds it if he wants include it in his mod.

But I could make a small guide explaining how adapt the mod to add ironsight/scope without toggle in the game options. Just ask if you need it, but also you can check the mod itself and what it changes to do it yourself and add another command option.
