Experiencing some bugs here with perks and favorites.

Half of the servers I join result in my perks being "reset" to level 0 and I can't select my perk or character skin until I reboot the game. This is very annoying and only happens to me on these servers.

Also my game is incapable of saving favorited servers because no matter how many times I press the favorite button my favorites list is empty.

Any help in resolving these issues would be appreciated

The fav thing has never worked. You have to enter the IP and port directly to the favs.

The perk thing happens to me too, though not very often. Try verifying your game cache.

Or you can right-click on a server in the serverlist and choose add to favourites.

I also meant that when I said it has never worked.

Have done this 100s of times, and it has never added it.

It worked for me for the 2 times I did it.

I guess it's been fixed then, has been a long time since I tried it though.

I never had any problems with adding a server through right-clicking. I'm a relatively new player so perhaps it was bugged before, I wouldn't know about that.
