Doesn't load?

For some reason it doesn't load, sticks at Loading flash. If clicked on the message to use preloader.exe is hidden. Clicking that in the folder doesn't help either.

Any clues?

Never got an answer either from Steam or developer support, and their forums are very.. odd. Got a steam refund (to wallet) in the end.
