Does anyone know where to find information about the levelling system?
The awful levelling system in Oblivion made me ignore the game until there was a mod to correct it and I'd like to know if the same will happen in TESV.
[If there's no definitive info, or it's just "it'll be like fallout" I'd also like to know.]

Well, this is what UESP has to say about it (with some minor formatting and editing from me to make it easier to read):
Character development has been changed as well; "class" selection and "attributes" selection are no longer used, and instead of the twenty-one skills in Oblivion (twenty-seven in Morrowind), Skyrim will feature eighteen skills. [...] The confirmed eighteen skills are Illusion, Conjuration, Destruction, Restoration, Alteration, Enchanting, Smithing, Heavy Armor, Block, Two-handed, One-handed, Archery, Light Armor, Sneak, Lockpicking, Pickpocket, Speech, and Alchemy.
Faster player level increases can be achieved by increasing developed skills. Activating a Guardian Stone will speed the increase of its governed skills.[5] Gaining a level also grants the player level-specific skill abilities and an increase in health along with an option for a greater increase in health, or an increase in magicka or stamina. Each skill has a perk tree, and a player must choose a perk when leveling up. [...]
Leveling is possible above level 50, although at a much decreased rate. Level-scaling will be used, but will be more comparable to the system in Fallout 3 than the one in Oblivion.
You can probably find more detailed information on one of the gaming news sites, but from what I heard, its kinda like the nGCD mod for Oblivion married with a perk/talent system like Fallout 3 or Diablo.
EDIT: Btw, he's the link to where I quoted that from: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Skyrim
