Now help me with this problem!

Before I was getting 80-90 FPS in the video stress test but now I'm getting 20-25 FPS with these settings:

Res: 640x480
Model detail: Low
Texture detail: Low
Shader detail: Low
Water detail: Simpe reflections
Shadow detail: Low
Antialiasing mode: None
Filtering mode: Billinear
Wait for vertical sync: Disabled
Multicore Rendering: Disabled
High Dynamic Range: None

SYSTEM SPECS:

Processor: AMD Sempron SI-42 2.10 GHz
Videocard: ATI Radeon 3100

PLEASE HELP ME I'VE HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR 2 WEEKS AND I HAVEN'T FIND A SOLUTION!!!

EDIT: fps_max 101 so it's not that problem

you cpu is very low
maybe a dualcore will fix this
try to disable Vsync

Did you notice one thing?

"Wait for vertical sync: Disabled"

It could be numerous things I would use Ccleaner to clear out any junk on your HDD and type Msconfig in the Windows search box and un tick any none essential start up programs that may be slowing down performance.

It also could be your CPU overheating therefore dropping down the clock speed hence the low FPS.Check temps and clean out any dust that may have accumulated inside see if that helps.

My computer temperature is 40 degrees celsius (not sure if right spelled). Is that good or bad?

Temp is average.

Hardware is slow. Get a new computer.
