WTF free copy of Cossacks and American Conquest Pack?

I just randomly got 8 Steam news notifications saying that I received each of the 8 pack components as a Steam gift because I already owned the game!

Thing is I have never heard of this game before let alone purchased it!

So I thought maybe a friend or a random person that loves to give away $15 of games but when I went to view my Steam gifts they did not exist!

So I am not sure what is going on but it smells like a typical Valve screw up. Perhaps some poor chap just purchased the game to find it had been somehow attached to my account instead of his.

I got these as well, not sure what to think of it. Same situation, don't have the games, and they aren't in my gift section either.

Same here. Initially I was thinking that maybe someone used my account to buy these games, but they simply won't appear on my gifts list or neither in my "library". I guess it was some kind of Steam bug.
