Yes, you should still get a copy of MW3.

Check your library or if you already own Call of Duty 4, check your Gift / Guest passes (open steam, hit the game button up top and then click "manage Gifts and Guest passes"). It might take some time to appear though.

I checked my gifts, because I already have CoD4. There isn't anthing new up there. Hopefully it'll get there later.

Don't worry you will. I pre-ordered in the first 5 minutes of it being up and mine just popped up randomly; didn't even restart steam or anything.
