Why my steam shows Rage ship in October 8

I check id's Rage page, it says ship in October 4
but why my steam shows October 8??
It is weird, Does Rage have different shipping date??
I live in eastern Asia??
is this is the root-cause??

Yeh, it's unsure because of your region possibly. Either that or it means it'll be released on disk in your area October 8th but Steam October 4th.
