He's obviously talking about vegas (2?) and the sound bug. I'm assuming the continuous fire sound after a gun was shot? I too have the same problem and it is a pretty major bug. Hearing in this game is hard enough because enemies are silent until they are right next to you because they don't render until then (very erroneous decision but hey it's an old game.)
