does anyone know what the minimum System Requirements are for a Source Dedicated Server?

Source dedicated server can mean a lot of things. Do you intend to run a stand alone server? It will do nothing but run the server? Then youll need at least:

1.6 celron/or amd equivalent
512 ram
oddels of bandwidth

Do you want to play from the same machine that the server runs on? I dont recomend that. Im not sure if they make a machine that can do that very well. But if you must do it youll need at least:

2.?+P4/or amd equivalent
1 gig ram or better
oddels of bandwidth

Some smaller machines can run some 4-6 player servers ok.

If you want a 16 slot server to run well go stand alone. The biggest concern with stand alones is the bandwidth.

If all you need is a small server for a few of your friends and you, get the guy with the biggest machine and most bandwidth to host it.
