Add Steamworks (cheeves, cloud, etc) + TF2 hats and I'll bite. :D

Don't know about Steam Cloud, but Achron definitely has achievements set up.

Frankly, that's quite shallow. If the qualities in games that you're after in a game are TeamFortress hats, achievements (which there already are for Achron, as the previous poster stated) and Steam Cloud support (less-so for cloud support, since that is a handy utility. Although, you COULD use a dropbox account if you need to transfer saves from computer to computer - or hell, even just email them to yourself) you might as well just pay the TF2 shop a visit and unload your wallet upon all the non-existant fashionwear and accessories.

...Still, if it'll get them another sale from someone who probably won't play it, I don't see why they shouldn't. (Well, they do deserve the money thrown at them, I suppose! haha)

Some of us are shallow. Give me an incentive to buy the game. There's no reason to look down on a gamer for that. The goal is to get YOUR product into MY hands. And make fun of the shallowness all you want, the elitist gamers that you are... but you know what we're not doing? Helping them fund their next project. All because we're shallow and stupid or whatever.

Personally, I tried the demo and it was so confusing I don't even want to bother. Of course, I can understand the OP wanting TF2 hats for it. The hats will give him interest in the game.

Right now, I'm completely unmotivated to even try the game again. It's all about incentives, motivations. Give me a reason. Motivate me.

Where did you see a demo? As far as I know, the demo hasn't been released yet.

It must have been confusing, since there is no demo. But hey, if you buy the game, you can travel back in time and get TF2 hats before anyone else has them! Of course the hats are only unlocked once you have first travelled into the future past the point where the devs add them to the game. Understanding time mechanics in an RTS can be a pain.

The OP's mentality is a major contributing factor to the gaming industry going down the drain.

All the things listed should not be a deciding factor for purchases. People who buy crap titles (I don’t know if this is one or not) just because it gives them a hat in TF2 are hurting the game industry as a whole. That money you spent on a POS title to fund more POS titles should have been spent on a good game that needed the money.

Time for parents to cut the allowance on these children...

Here comes the "NO X = NO SALE" meme.

Hats won't give him an interest in the game. They'll feed his interest in hats.

I would imagine that most people consider the game itself to be the incentive. An individual who purchases a title solely for cosmetic items for a different title that they'll get bored of inside a day seems like the kind of person who would be better served by ritalin than steam purchases.

Do we need to use personal attacks on someone asking for more incentive to get this game.

Really, we could be politer.

Anyways the game is on sale and I've been keeping my eye on this one for a long time, hopefully they have a daily deal for it if not I'll still get it.
